BIG NEWS FOR YKSM!

We are pleased to announce an exciting development. YKSM, LTD. and Richard A. Furia, CPA of Warwick, RI have agreed to join forces, effective May 1, 2008. Richard and his staff bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the organization; most notably in the construction industry.

Richard will continue to operate from the Warwick Office for the immediate future.

Combined with YKSM's recent merger with Moretti, Cillino & Guarriello and Co., LLC., this move brings together three of the top names in public accounting and financial consulting in the region. With this merger we will be able to bring strenghtened resources and additional expertise to our clients. This is good news for everyone, including our clients, partners and employees.

YKSM has currently merged with the accounting firm of Moretti, Cillino, and Guarriello and Co., LLC of Westerly, RI. We now have a regional base covering Providence and Southern RI. Our managing partner, Richard Kaplan, has personal experience with this cause. Richard received a stem cell transplant back in 2005. Perhaps you saw the article in the Providence Journal featuring him meeting his donor for the first time at Fenway Park at the beginning of a game. What an experience for them both. Again, thanks so much for your support!!!

Another Note: Our firm is wearing red today, not only for Valentine's Day, but for a much greater cause. We are wearing red and donating $5.00 each to benefit the American Heart Association's fight against heart disease in women. Wearing red and proud of it!!!!!!!
