PROVIDENCE – The Westerly, RI accounting firm of Moretti Cillino Guarriello and Co., LLC has affiliated with Providence accountants, Yarlas, Kaplan, Santilli & Moran (YKSM, Ltd.) to form one of Rhode Island’s largest and most diverse accounting firms.
The affiliation continues to strengthen YKSM, Ltd., which will now number some 30 professionals representing diverse accounting disciplines, and operating out of offices in both
Providence
and
Westerly
.
“The affiliation provides us with quality professionals and greater geographic reach,” said Richard A. Kaplan, CPA and YKSM, Ltd.’s managing partner. “It allows us to provide even better service for existing clients of both firms, while expanding our client base.”
YKSM, Ltd. offers services in accounting and auditing, tax planning and preparation, business advisory services, business succession planning, business valuations, litigation support, peer review, and alternative dispute resolution. Its main client base includes family owned private businesses and non-profits.

YKSM, Ltd. was formed in January 2001 through the merger of the accounting firms of Jarcho, Schwartz, Yarlas and Santilli, Ltd., and Kaplan, Moran and Associates, Ltd.
Moretti Cillino Guarriello and Company, LLC was formed 2003. Moretti, a University of Rhode Island accounting graduate, has been an accountant for 35 years, is involved in numberous professional associations, and continues to be active in New England Peer Review.
